i need help setting up billing on my account

I need my phone bill to come out every 4 weeks on my pay date rather than a set date as my pay day changes every month

    Hi ​@Oatzmart,

     

    I'm afraid it isn't possible to change your Direct Debit date every month to match a changing payday.

     

    If you'd like to make your payments later in the month, you may be able to change your payment date to the latest available option on your account.

     

    Alternatively, you can cancel your Direct Debit and make manual payments each month. However, the payment date itself can't be changed on a month-by-month basis.
