i need to oay my bill and set up a dorect debit

Hi the mobile phone has been restricted 

I thought I was all set up with payments

can I ensure everything is paid.

 

i have got this contract for my son so i would like it to be up and running

To set up a Direct Debit for your iD Mobile account, you can use their app or online portal.

Here is how to set it up:

  • Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  • Go to the Bills or My Billing section.
  • Select Payments or Manage my Direct Debit.
  • Tap Set up Direct Debit and enter your bank account details.
  • Tap Save and confirm the changes.


To make a one-off payment for any outstanding charges:-

Log in to your My Account portal, go to My Billing, and select Make a payment.

We're sorry to hear that the phone has been restricted, especially as it's your son's phone.

 

You can either follow the steps provided by ​@Decembersangel72  or you can check whether there is an outstanding balance, you can call 0333 003 0001 from either phone. This automated service will let you know if there's any payment due and give you the option to make a payment.

 

If everything appears to be paid but the restriction remains, we'd recommend contacting our Live Chat team so they can look into the account and identify exactly what's causing the issue.
