Hi, I've ended my contract with ID mobile, just over a month ago. I've just been charged around £35 by direct debit but my last bill shows I should have had a £10 credit. I can't get livechat to load and I'm not on social media. You don't seem to have a phone number where I can speak to someone so how do I get a refund please?
