Hi ID mobile. 

 

I’ve ran into some trouble with my account. My intention was to downgrade my plan to the cheapest month by month option (£5) before 01/06/26 because my colleague discount had ran out, and I didn’t need the extra data. Because I was struggling to find the right place to do this (I had actually called a couple times) I cancelled my direct debit as a means of pausing my account. 

 

On Saturday I went to the Currys store to address this (and the downgrade situation), however they were not able to downgrade my plan. 

 

Since then my phone (with the ID sim inside) keeps displaying “no service”

 

Please could you help out and advice. I really am not keen on paying the non-discounted price.
