I am a vulnerable customer I understand I owe £119 on my Bill. I’m unable to pay this until my payday 24th but also I’m unable to pay this unless I can receive a text message from universal credit to login to do my to-do list. I understand you’ve cut my services off but I need to be able to receive a text message to look into my universal credit to be able to get paid I’m a vulnerable customer. My anxiety is through the roof and I don’t know what else to do.
