i wanr to speak about my bill

I am a vulnerable customer I understand I owe £119 on my Bill. I’m unable to pay this until my payday 24th but also I’m unable to pay this unless I can receive a text message from universal credit to login to do my to-do list. I understand you’ve cut my services off but I need to be able to receive a text message to look into my universal credit to be able to get paid I’m a vulnerable customer. My anxiety is through the roof and I don’t know what else to do.

I’m really sorry you’re going through this. I understand how stressful it is, especially as you need access to texts for Universal Credit.

Your services have been restricted due to an outstanding balance of £119, but I can see you’ve explained your situation.
 

To help get your service restored as quickly as possible:

A partial payment today may help reinstate services sooner
Or we can look at setting up a payment arrangement until your payday on the 24th

Or how would I set a payment plan up but still receive text messages please.

Kindly note that if the £119 balance consists of two outstanding bills. You can make a partial payment by paying one of the bills and then contact us directly so we can arrange a payment extension until the 24th for the remaining balance.

 

You can make the partial payment by calling 0333 003 0001 or 7777 from your iD Mobile phone.

 

You can then contact us via live chat at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat to arrange the extension for the remaining balance.

 

However, if you are unable to make a payment at this time, you can also set up a payment arrangement directly with Overdales by contacting them on 0113 297 7530.

So if I set a payment plan up today with the number you have given me my services will be put bacl
