i want to change my plan

I want to change my plan now that I have paid my contract off. The only options I have on the change plan section of the app are the same price as I have now. I would like the change this to a sim only plan please

I can confirm upgrade via the app. 

 

You can check this by:

  1. Logging into the iD Mobile app
  2. Going to “My Account”
  3. Selecting “Upgrade”
  4. Reviewing the plans currently available to you

Please note that SIM Only upgrade options normally become available from 24 days before your contract end date.

 

If eligible, you will be able to complete the upgrade to a SIM Only plan directly through the app.

 

Alternatively, you can contact our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250, and they will be able to review the SIM Only options available for your account.
