I want to keep my old number and cancel my last contarct with ID so ive just got one contract

i’m already with ID mobile and i have started a new contract and would like to cancel my old one. i’ve got my PAC code and would like to keep my old number. are you able to help?

    Unfortunately, we can't help with this as iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between two iD Mobile plans.

     

    If you'd like to keep your old number, you'll need to return the new plan through the point of sale where it was purchased. Once the return has been completed, you can contact our Sales team via Live Chat and upgrade your existing plan correctly, which will allow you to keep your current number.
