I was charged twice for my bill

Hello,

My phone bill was overdue so I just paid it tonight. I initially tried to pay it over the phone, however, it said the payment hadn't gone through so I then successfully did it online on the ID Mobile page. However both payments have been take and I have been charged twice which I cannot afford.
