ID MOBILE ARE A COMPLETE SCAM !!!

HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE ARE BEING SCAMMED BY ID MOBILE.THEY SOMETIMES PUT THE DIRECT DEBIT THROUGH TWICE & I DID ANOTHER CONTACT WITH THEM FOR TWO YEARS BEGINNING OF MARCH SO THE NEXT BILLING DATE WAS APRIL 20th .BUT IM SO USED TO THEM JUST TURNING THE PHONE OFF FOR NO REASON . I MANUALLY PAID THE PAYMENT EVEN THO IT WASNT DUE TILL THE NEXT MONTH, THE VERY NEXT DAY THEY TOOK A PAYMENT THEN ANOTHER ONE 10 DAYS LATER. THEN IN APRIL I GOT A BILL FOR £138 !! TOLD ME I MISSED A PAYMENT IN MARCH . I TOOK A SCREENSHOT OF THE BANK PAYMENT, THEN TO BE TOLD IT WAS FEBRUARY. WHICH WHEN I LOOKED TO SCREENSHOT THAT AGAIN THERE HAD BEEN 2 PAYMENTS TAKEN . THIS WAS A NEW CONTRACT IN MARCH , I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY IF THERE WAS ANYTHING OUTSTANDING .. THEY JUST DISCONNECT THE PHONE & WILL NOT PUT IT BACK ON UNTILL YOU PAY WHATEVER THEY SAY YOU OWE. MY DUE DATE IS THE 19 / 21st BUT THIS MORNING I WOKE UP TO THE PHONE AGAIN NOT WORKING .THEY DIDNT PUT THE DIRECT DEBIT THROUGH I WAS TOLD IT WAS INACTIVE SO AGAIN I DID A SCREENSHOT TO SHOW IT WAS ACTIVE TO BE TOLD NO FROM OUR END IT ISNT ACTIVE 🤷♀️ .I EXPLAINED MY SON WAS IN GUYS HOSPITAL IN THE CANCER UNIT HAVING THE CANCEROUS TUMOUR WHICH WAS ALOT BIGGER THAN ORIGINALLY THOUGHT SO IS HAVIBG HIS KIDNEY REMOVED ALSO UNTILL THEY THEY OPEN HIM UP THEY DO NOT KNOW IF ITS CONTAINED TO THE KIDNEY .OR HAS SPREAD TO HIS BONES AS THIS HAS BEEN VERY QUICK . IT WAS FOUND DOING AN MRI SCAN FIR SOMETHING EKSE WHEN IT WAS DETECTED !! 6 DAYS LATER HES LAYING THERE RIGHT NOW HAVING SURGERY. I EXPLAINED THIS & SAID IT IS ACTIVE JUST PLEASE CONNECT MY OHONE . MY REPLY WAS I HAVE NOW PUT IN A COMPLAINT FOR YOU SO YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR 3 DAYS …THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY RUDE . THEY NEED A NEW ACCOUNTANT !!! THAT CAN DO FIGURES !!!!II HAVE A BUSINESS PHONE WITH THEM ALSO WHICH HAS WORKED 3 WEEKS IUT OF THE 18 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN PAYING IT HAS CAUSED ME SO MANY PROBLEMS AS THAT IS MY MAIN NUMBER , I HAVE LIST SO MUCH BUSINESS .II AM NOW GOING TO HAVE TO SUE THEM !!! AFTER THEIR BEHAVIOUR TODAY NO COMPASSION THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM !!!!!!HAS ANYONE HAD ANY BAD EXPERIENCES ??? PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS IM GOING TO NEED SOME BACK UP . ON WHAT THEY ARE DOING . I HAVE CONTACTED RIP OF BRITTON & WHEN MY SON COME OUT I WILL BE TAKIBG THIS AS FAR AS I CAN !!! PLEASE KET ME KNOW IF ANY BAD EXPERIENCES I WIULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT ..I THINK THIS IS A GAME TO THEM , AS OTHER TIMES THEY DONT TAKE THE MONEY BUT WHEN THATS DONE OBVIOUSLY I DONT LOOK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY , SO I DONT KNOW THE MONEY WASNT TAKEN , AS THEY KEEP THE SERVICE RUNNING BUT AFTER 2 DAYS THE BILL IS IN A COLLECTION AGENCY !!! THEY MUST BE WORKING TOGETHER GETTING A KICK BACK , THEY STILL DONT DISCONNECT THE SERVICE BUT I GET A TEXT OWING DOUBLE FROM THE COLLECTION AGENCY . THIS HAS HAPPENED A COUPLE OF TIMES .
