I’m attempting to pay my final bill with limited success.
I no longer have access to my online account and the automated phone line tells me I owe £0, without even asking for my account or phone number, no matter which phone I use.
I joined another provider and owe iD over £700 but I’ve no idea how I’m going to pay it!
My last resort maybe a bank transfer, does anyone know the sort code and account number for iD Mobile?
