iD Mobile Sort Code and Account Number

I’m attempting to pay my final bill with limited success.

I no longer have access to my online account and the automated phone line tells me I owe £0, without even asking for my account or phone number, no matter which phone I use.

I joined another provider and owe iD over £700 but I’ve no idea how I’m going to pay it!

My last resort maybe a bank transfer, does anyone know the sort code and account number for iD Mobile?

    Hi there ​@dln6376, sorry to hear this and our apologies for the wait in response, this never came through to our queue until now for some reason.

     

    You can only make payments via the automated payment phone-line or via the app/website. 

     

    When you call our payment line, are you calling from another iD Mobile SIM card from another contract by any chance?
