    Hi @BB1,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

When your contract minimum term ends, your plan does not automatically cancel or change. Unless you contact us, the agreement continues on the same terms.

You would have also received an end-of-contract email advising you that you needed to get in touch to either cancel or change your plan, otherwise it would remain active.

This is also set out in our Terms and Conditions:

    • Clause 3.1: “This Agreement will continue for the Minimum Period and will continue to apply after that unless and until either you or we terminate it in accordance with Clause 8 below or otherwise in accordance with a right expressly set out in this Agreement.”
    • Clause 8.12: “At the end of your Minimum Period, this Agreement will continue on these existing terms until you tell us that you'd like to terminate your Agreement.”

This means your contract does not automatically end when the minimum term finishes, and the same monthly charges continue unless you give notice to cancel or change your plan (with the required notice period).

If you’d like, our Customer Service team via Live Chat can also check your account and explain your current plan in more detail, or you are able to contact our sales team to arrange a upgrade or plan change.

    Regards,
