Hello, I am contacting you regarding the suspension of my account due to an outstanding debt of £33, which is incorrect. I am only behind on one payment of £8, and I am planning to continue and remain on the £8 contract going forward. I am ready to pay the correct £8 immediately, but this is not possible while the balance shown on my account is wrong. I would appreciate this being urgently reviewed and corrected so my account can be reinstated and I can continue on my current £8 plan without further issues. Thank you.
