Hello I am on holiday out of the country so I have bought an e sim to use and work with during my time abroad so I turned off my normal ID UK SIM card but I just saw that I was charged around £40 for no reason as it got added to my bill even though I’m not using that number. Please help me and refund me this as I’m using my e sim and not my ID number and stop allowing it to charge me.
