I wanted to increase my bill cap above £25, as I am out the country and needed to make call to my bank from my registered no, but as i reached my bill cap i cant make call, I paid £50 on the iDmobile online, but I dont know where that went, as I still cant make any calls, can you please help me on this how to increase that and where my £50 payment went. Talking to agent resolved the issue, as they manually increased my bill cap tp £75, and the £50 which i paid was in there records and will be shown on the next bill …@MZoneand @Decembersangel72thank you for your guidance, much appreciated :)
