I posted my iPhone 11 into iD Mobile/Curry’s quite a while and haven’t heard a thing from them at all. It has been ages with no confirmation, updates or refund. When will I receive the refund or be compensated if it has been lost in the post?

It sounds like your best bet would be to contact an adviser via the Live Chat as they can help you with this:-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to connect to an adviser.
