Issue with DD not being taken

I set up a new DD with my new bank account and it is all registered correct on my ID account but no payment has been taken. I have had no email or message from ID saying my bill has not been paid but looking at bill payment history last time was March, how do I speak to someone to find out why they have not taken it?
