I've noticed I've been out of contract with you for ages maybe to the point of 8 months where I've been paying around £45 for just a SIM card!

Any other company would have dropped the prices without me having to do anything. I've had a look and I should have been paying £10 tops for the last 8 months! 

While I've been on this contract this entire time it's been shocking. The signal coverage has been so poor the majority of the time I've had to hotspot off an old phone and a cheap sim card. 

Is there any chance I can be reimbursed the these out of contract charges?
