ive paid my bill tbis month but then uve been charged again and caused my bank to overdraft

I paid my phone and sim bill on the 11th off this month and then I’ve woke up again this morning to see yous have took another payment out off my bank for my mobile again when I have already paid this months my bank has now overdraft ed and I would like a refund !
