Please help 

My account is never in arrears and I keep getting crs texts saying I owe money

I’m really sorry you’re receiving those texts. I understand how worrying and frustrating that can be, especially if your account is up to date.
 

Please try the following:
Double-check your latest bill in the iD Mobile app to confirm everything is fully paid
Check if there are any pending or recently generated charges (sometimes texts are sent before payments fully update)
Restart your phone to refresh network messages
Make sure your payment has cleared your bank account (can take 1–3 working days)
 

If everything is up to date on your side, it may just be a delayed automated SMS, but I completely understand your concern.

This has been happening for months and it is a debt collection company that is contacting me. It seems someone else has used my name to acquire this debt.

If my account is ne error on arrears why would I recoeve these texts. That names no sense at all
