Keep getting Over charged

I am extremely frustrated as i keep getting over charged. not by a small amount . My bill is £38 , you guys keep charging me £150. I live a normal day to day life , only use social media sometimes , watch shows on my apps that i pay for . You guys have no customer service so my credit score i’ll get affected because you make up random prices and shove them to me and i am expected to pay it , i refuse to pay it anymore . i’ve paid my actual bill and i need someone to resolve this for me immediately

I understand your concern, especially where the expected monthly charge is £38 but higher bills have been received. I want to reassure you that we do not apply random charges, and any additional costs would normally relate to usage outside your plan allowances (such as out-of-plan data, roaming, or one-off charges).

I appreciate you have stated you only use your phone for general browsing and streaming, so I would like to investigate this properly for you.
