keep paying twice

I have paid 16 times over the last 12 months 

I talk on live chat and they say it right. How can it be ? 

This month again it's saying there is an outstanding bill and I pay it. And it's still saying there is another outstanding bill. I can't set up a direct debit because it keeps saying I have an outstanding bill. Even though my payment date isn't till the 14th

Please help me I don't have any problems with my other id account

Welcome to the Community!

Do you have just the one account?

We see in some cases that customers look at upgrades but instead purchase another plan.

Have your payments always been for the same amount?

You’ll need to pay any current bill that is due before setting up the direct debit again.

I have this exact problem I only have one account with id. I keep paying my bill every month and it always says I'm overdue and if I don't pay by the date stated I get cut off not only that but my bill seems to keep going up it started at 24.99 it's now 26.96?

Ok but that still doesn't help with the amount of times I have paid for it to still say I am overdue I should be paid up in advance not still owing money.
