Hello 

I have just made an outstanding payment and made my account up to date.  

Can you advice me that this will not be refer to a debt collector now.

I have made my account up to date and my mobile should be running in use.

Thank you for your message. I understand your concern regarding this matter. However, please note that accounts are only referred to a DCA when payments are not made on time. If the bill had been settled within the required timeframe, this referral would not have occurred.
