Hi,

I am thinking of leaving ID could you inform me if I would need to pay any fees and how much this would be please

    I do apologize to hear that you are thinking of leaving iD mobile, You would need to contact us privately so that we can look into this for you as we need to check your account, however of you are within the agreed contract term you signed you will be liable for the charges of the full contract until the end date should you disconnect the plan earlier.

    IF you are out of this date no charges will occur however you will be charged until the day the plan disconnects.
