leaving payment

I have a 24 month contact that started on 01 June 2024. I requested a PAC today as my May bill has been raised which is £41.12. Which is payment for the month of May, the 24th month of my contract and the payment will be taken on 15 May.

All that I I agree with, however the message I have with my PAC is that my final payment would be £83.05. Where does the extra money appear from? Why do you want more than the last month’s money?

Hi @RichEggleton

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern regarding the final bill amount. To clarify, any additional charges beyond your usual monthly fee may be due to your contract end date and the timing of your disconnection.

We’d recommend checking your exact contract end date via the mobile app. You can do this by:

  • Logging into the app
  • Navigating to My Account or Plan Details
  • Viewing your contract end date

To avoid any early termination charges, it’s important that your number is transferred (via PAC) on or after your contract end date. If the PAC is used before this date, the system may apply early termination fees, which could explain the higher final bill.

If everything aligns with your billing cycle and contract end date, your final bill should only include your last month’s charge.

If you’re unsure after checking, please get back in touch and we’ll be happy to review this with you.
