Asked twice on the o line chat for bills from July and August 2023. Twice promised they'd be emailed. Haven't. Can someone email me my bills from July and August 2023. I can't see this being a challenging request.

As this is a public platform, we’re unable to send your bill from here. However, you can access or request it using one of the options below:

 

 

  • Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account to view and download your bill

Hi Gemma, thanks for your reply. On the My Account section the bills only go back 12 months and a personal data request is a bit extreme.

 

All I am wanting to do is check to see if I made a phone call to a specific company sometime in July or August 2023, that's all.
