Why do I have a line rental charge of £54.25 after the end of my contract?

You need to contact us and decide whether you’d like to upgrade to a handset plan or move to a cheaper sim only plan. Or if you’d like to cancel the contract.

I would just like to end the contract. My upgrade offers are a lot more expensive than a new contract so I don’t want to upgrade through ID. I just want to know why there is a £54.25 line rental charge at the end of my contract?
