Added 2 global roaming passes by mistake can’t get through to live chat, need refund for one of them

Yep I’ve been trying to use ‘live chat’ for 2 days now and the stupid chat bot keeps telling me there’s no one available.

Live chat is just NOT working

To speak to some. Now send the message and an agent will get back to you.
