You can change your Direct Debit payment date through the iD Mobile app. To do this:

1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
2. Select your mobile number.
3. Go to Bills or Billing.
4. Select Payments or Payment Details.
5. Select Change Payment Date.
6. Choose your preferred payment date from the available options.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the change.

Please note that changing your payment date may result in your next bill being higher than usual, as your billing period may be extended to align with the new payment date.
