Migrating SIM to my daughter

As my daughter has grown up I'd like to switch her SIM into her name (and move the DD too). How do I do this?

Kindly be advised that iD Mobile does not offer a change of ownership, as the account must remain in the name of the person who originally took it out and completed the credit check. The best solution for your daughter, if she would like an account in her own name, is for her to take out a new contract under her name.
