missed direct debit payment by ID Mobile

I can’t understand why ID mobile didn’t take my monthly direct debit in February. My bank details are correct in the app. 
how can I contact someone to discuss this?

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot.

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are having with your direct debit, kindly note that you are able to make payment by dialling 0333 003 0001 and then follow the IVR steps that follow to make payment.
