Missing bill for April 2024.

I’m trying to get a copy of my bill from April 2024.
I downloaded all my bills last November but there was no bill available for April 2024.
I’ve tried the chat but no agents are available.
Any assistance gratefully recieved.

    I believe us customers only have access to twelve months of billing history. If you need access to bills older than twelve months, you might want to ask support for copies.
