Hello. I am missing March’s bill can you upload it for me please? So I can claim cash back from a provider

In some cases, a missing monthly bill can happen if there has been a bill cycle or account change during that period, which can sometimes affect how statements are generated or displayed within the app/account.

We’d first recommend checking:

The iD Mobile app
Your online account under Bills & Payments
Your email inbox/junk folder for any bill notifications
