In some cases, a missing monthly bill can happen if there has been a bill cycle or account change during that period, which can sometimes affect how statements are generated or displayed within the app/account.

 

We’d first recommend checking:

  • The iD Mobile app
  • Your online account under Bills & Payments
  • Your email inbox/junk folder for any bill notifications
