missing dates logs on bill

Hi, the dates from the 7th of July to the 24th of July are missing on my bills for july/August. Please can you print tbe full bill

Won’t happen. Bills in pdf format have to be d/loaded by YOU, via the app

or logging into the main id website [not here].😗
