I upgraded my phone last Wednesday , and still have not received my phone!!! yet been charged for the new contract price

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially as you have already been charged at the new contract price.

 

Please note that billing begins from the day you sign up for the contract, even if the handset has not yet been delivered. However, I appreciate your concern regarding the delay in receiving your device.
