    Hi @nuteck,

I’m sorry for the confusion regarding the MMS notifications.

Even if you’re sending what appears to be a simple text message, your handset can sometimes automatically convert an SMS into an MMS. One reason for this is the length of the message. A standard SMS is usually limited to 160 characters, and depending on your handset settings, a longer message may automatically be converted into an MMS. Other things such as emojis, subject lines, group messages or attachments can also cause this.

MMS messages aren’t included within your standard unlimited text allowance and are therefore chargeable.

You can find more information about MMS and out-of-plan charges here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/call-charges

We’d also recommend checking your handset’s messaging settings to see whether there is an option preventing long SMS messages from automatically converting to MMS.

    Regards,
