monthly allowance

Hi, I recently joined your network and have only just received and started using my SIM card. However, I’ve noticed that my allowance/reset date is showing as resetting in 21 days instead of the full 30 days.  

This doesn’t seem correct, as I should be receiving the full 30-day period from the date I actually activated and started using the SIM card, not from before I had access to it.  

Could you please look into this and adjust the billing/reset cycle so that I receive the full 30 days I’m paying for?

Your plan becomes active from the date the contract is approved, rather than the day you first start using the SIM card. We’re sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the start date of the plan or move the current billing/reset date. However, once your next month begins, you’ll receive your full monthly allowance on the same date each month that the plan was originally activated.
