My contract is £29.99 a month however this month I’m been charge £49.51. There are £4s worth of added charges for multimedia messages. How do I find out what the rest is for as on my bill is states ‘ monthly reoccurring charge’ what is this?

No it just says monthly reoccurring charge £38 something then plus VAT which takes my bill to £49.51

+11When do the bills generate
It all depends on the date you took out your contract.
For example I took out a contract on the 1st on the month that when my contract starts paying come out say the 16th of the month's. It all depends on the date of one's contract like I've said.
So generally payment is due 16 day's after you cycle starts unless you chose a date to pay.
