More details on extra charges -SIM only pay monthly

How do I find information prior to the billing cycle on what I’m using that is causing the extra charges over my pay monthly SIM only deal? There is only a figure lumping in data, text, calls. I would like to know the source of the charges so I can make changes. Sorry, if it’s in FAQs but I could only find info on how to do this for PAYG. Thanks

I understand you’d like a breakdown of what’s causing the additional charges on your pay monthly SIM-only plan. You can view this by logging into your online account or the iD Mobile app, then heading to Usage. From there, you’ll be able to see a more detailed breakdown of your calls, texts, data usage, and any out-of-allowance charges for the current and previous billing periods.

Please note that some charges (such as premium numbers, international calls, or roaming usage) may appear separately once they’ve fully processed.
