My bank account debited £30.99 without my consent

I received an email from id mobile saying it has set up a direct debit to my bank account for £30.99 and next thing I know £30.99 was debited from my bank account. I have not set this up at all with id mobile and don’t know what it is for. I want id mobile to cancel this direct debit and refund me the £30.99
