Hi I would like to see if it is possible to put all my services back on. I had an unexpected emergency this month and had a death in the family unfortunately so could I have my services out back on if I promise to pay double on the 30th of January. I’d also like to change my payment date to this date

Sorry for your loss. Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Nikki09156217     

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

I understand you’d like your services reinstated and to change your payment date to 30th January.

As this requires a payment arrangement and account changes, the quickest way to resolve this is through our Live Chat team, as they can review your account and confirm what can be done.

You are able to make payment, either through your iD Mobile app or online account, or if you don’t have access to your account, you can dial 0333 003 0001 and follow the prompted steps to make payment.
