Hi im suffering with anxiety today and my phone has been cut off i need my phone as its my only point of contact as im housebound .I keep asking to change my payment date till the 8th but I can pay my bill on Tuesday the 7th of July i get paid after 4pm .

Could you reinstate my account till Tuesday please .kind regards
