my bill appears tonbe wrong - i am being charged more than I should

I think im paying too much on my bill. There seems to be more than one payment a month on average.

That’s strange, one plan would only ever charge once per month.

Do you have another plan with us?

Are the charges made the same amount?

Is the direct debit reference number the same between payments or different?
