My bill has been paid yet money has been taken out

Hi I need help iv paid my bill but it has taken a extra £50.23 from my bank account now my account is in overdraft. Which doesn't make sense as you can see here £50.23 is in my account as credit so why not use that instead of taking a extra £50.23 out of my account putting me into overdraft. Please fix this asap!!! This has been a horrible experience for me with Id mobile
