This month is my last bill in my contract 

I need to update my phone and don’t have to pay next month bill because I pay all my bills (24months contract)

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

 

As this is your final month of your 24-month contract, your last bill will still need to be paid as normal. This covers your usage up to the end of your billing cycle and the remaining contractual charges for that period.

Once this final bill has been paid, your contract will be complete and you will no longer be charged for that agreement.

However, please note that your contract does not end automatically at the end of the minimum term. If no action is taken, the plan will continue on a rolling basis at the standard monthly price. If you do not wish to continue, you will need to contact us to arrange a disconnection.

 

If you are looking to update your phone, you can either:

Upgrade your existing plan or
Move to a new plan once your current contract has ended
