My direct debit came out but my app hasnt updated

Hello, 

      I've only been with ID mobile 3 months, but when I pay my bill via direct debit my app info doesn't correspond with the bills I've paid. Will my June bill show up on the app?

Your iD Mobile app should normally reflect your billing and payments, however there can sometimes be a short delay between a Direct Debit being taken and the app fully updating with the latest billing information.

 

Your June bill will appear in the app once it has been generated in your next billing cycle, and everything should then align correctly with your payment history.

 

In the meantime, you can also check your most up-to-date bill and payments by logging into your online account, which often updates alongside billing in real time.

My June payment came out 2 days ago and it now says next payment due 02/07/26. My bills on the app still dont show June. But I dont want it to look like I've not paid. 

Just strange as last month it was opposite and showed on the app that the payment was made before it even came out the bank. 

This is only my 3rd month with ID and I'd like to hope next month the bills and payment come out without any issues.
