my direct debit has been cancelled

I had problems with getting paid in my bank therefore my direct debit got cancelled, I get paid tomorrow and can pay my bill from then & there will be no further issues

Thank you for your message.

You can make the payment for your bill tomorrow.

You can pay through the iD Mobile app or make a manual payment.

As we're unable to take payments via Live Chat, you can easily make a payment using our automated phone service. Simply call 0333 003 0001 (or 7777 from your iD Mobile phone), then select option 2, followed by option 1 to make a payment. You'll be able to enter the amount you'd like to pay and then securely enter your card details. This service is quick, secure, and doesn't require you to speak to an advisor.

Alternatively, if you don't have access to your iD Mobile number, you can call 0333 003 0001 to make a manual payment. This option is also quick, secure, and fully automated.

My phone has been turnt off and I’m having to use a hotspot . Can you turn it back on and i can make payment at 6pm
