my January bill please explain

Good afternoon, 

 

my bill is getting more expensive every month and its far from what i agreed at the beginning.

 

what is the extra charges for? It says UK and there is over £4 extra for this. Please explain. 

 

Its getting too expensive for me.

    The extra charge shown as UK usually relates to out-of-plan usage, such as additional calls, texts, data, or add-ons that aren’t included in your monthly allowance. This can also include things like premium calls or services if any were used.
     

    In many cases, these texts are triggered when a phone number is:

    Entered on a website or app

    Used to sign up for offers, competitions, or subscriptions

    Linked to an app or service that sends chargeable SMS messages
     

    Sometimes this can happen without it being obvious, especially if consent was given online at some point.
