I got a phone and a sim card.. I am done paying for my phone now , pls why do I still have the same amount been deducted monthly

Thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry for any confusion, however once your contract term for the handset ends, the agreement doesn’t automatically stop or change. The plan simply continues on a rolling monthly basis at the same price unless you let us know you’d like to make a change.

 

We do send an end-of-contract notification to let you know your minimum term is coming to an end. From there, it’s up to you to get in touch if you’d like to:

Move to a cheaper SIM-only plan
Upgrade your handset
Or cancel the plan altogether

 

As it stands, if no changes are requested, the plan (and cost) stays the same.
