Have you tried restarting the phone with your iD SIM, @Wayne Robertson?

Probably best to web chat with iD customer support about your account, using their online Live Chat service - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

This community article might help.

Hello @Wayne Robertson

Thank you for getting in touch.

Restrictions on the account should be lifted within 24 hours of the payment being made.

If there is a delay, please do reach out to the Live Chat team who will be able to advise further.

Thank you

Natalie

Perhaps pay on time in future to prevent reoccurrences!

Sorry but find that comment and reply very rude my bills are paid in time. My payday fell after the bill was due and it got suspended. Payment was made fist thing Friday morning before 9am and I’ve had to go all weekend with no service which has impacted my job role causing significant delays in work.

Just so you know @Wayne Robertson, the iD terms & conditions say their network services are for personal, not business or commercial use, which is perhaps a grey area.

Could your employer not provide business mobiles for employees, if these are important for job roles?

Your bill wasn’t paid on time which restricted your services. However, life throws unexpected curveballs and while you’ve since paid the overdue amount, iD Mobile has no excuse for taking so long to resume your service. My advice @Wayne Robertson would be to keep on at live chat until they switch your service back on!

Meanwhile, send a few direct messages through their social media channels and hopefully your service will be restored today.
