my phone is disconnected and i need to change bill date

Hello, my phone has been disconnected due to me paying the bill late. 
my payday has changed and I now get paid on the 28th of every month. I don’t want this to affect my contract with you as I was interested in using ID Mobile for my children.

 

i will be able to make the payment at 12 and I have tried to set up a direct debit but for some reason it would not work.
